Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. This includes U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, as well as PO, APO, and FPO addresses.
We plan to expand shipping worldwide very soon, so check back for updates!
How long will it take to prepare my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
How much is shipping and when will I get my order?
We ship from warehouses located throughout the United States.
Standard orders arrive within 3-7 business days.
Free Spirits shows the love with free standard shipping on all orders.
Two-day priority shipping on all order totals has a flat fee rate of $16.95.
Do you accept returns and issue refunds?
We hope that every product arrives in perfect condition, ready to rock your skincare routine.
However, sometimes things happen, right? With that in mind, we accept returns and issue refunds on unused products that are damaged during shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please take pictures and contact us with the photos within 30 days of receiving the item at yourfriends@freespiritsskincare.com.
We will then provide the return address and instructions on how to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us immediately at yourfriends@freespiritsskincare.com.
Can I exchange returned items?
Items that have been accepted for return and approved for a refund can be exchanged for credit towards another purchase.
Do you accept returns on gift cards?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
